Just wanted to do a quick update because I really needed to thank two people that helped me with getting the title. John Kubitza and Patricia L. Morgan from the Framingham School Department and the Town of Framingham. They worked with me for a little over two months to first get a duplicate title and then transfer the title. Again thank you for all the help.
